FAQ'S FOR BRAND COLLABORATION
Who can apply to collaborate with Falcons Cart?
We welcome brands from across the globe to feature and sell their products on Falcons Cart. However, all products must meet our quality, safety, and compliance criteria to be approved.
What product categories can I list?
We specialize in curated, high-quality products for:

- Kids’ Clothing & Essentials

What is the process to get my products listed?
Step 1: Submit your application form with all required details.
Step 2: Our team reviews your products, pricing, and quality standards.
Step 3: Upon approval, we’ll share the agreement for your confirmation.
Step 4: Your products go live on Falcons Cart.
What are the product listing requirements?
- High-quality images with a white or clean background.
- Accurate product descriptions, SKU codes, and pricing.
- Inventory and stock availability updates must be provided regularly.
- Products must comply with UAE regulations and safety standards.
Do I need to be a registered company?
Yes. We only partner with registered businesses or authorized distributors. You may be asked to upload your trade license or business registration certificate during the application process.
What is Falcons Cart’s commission or pricing policy?
We currently operate on a discount-based model:
- Brands provide Falcons Cart with a 30%–35% discount on retail prices listed on their official website.
- There is no commission charged under this model.
- Falcons Cart reserves the right to introduce a commission-based structure after one year with 30 days’ prior notice.
How are payouts handled?
- Payouts are processed within 30 working days from the end of each calendar month.
- Payments are made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
- Refunds, returns, or chargebacks (due to defective products or non-fulfilment) will be deducted from the following payout cycle.
Who handles order fulfilment and shipping?
- The brand is responsible for secure packaging and dispatching orders within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed order from Falcons
- Delays may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or product delisting.
What is the return and cancellation policy?
- Brands must handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations at their own cost.
- All returns must be processed within 7 working days of notification.
- Falcons Cart may assist in coordinating returns but reserves the right to deduct administrative or shipping charges from future payouts.
Can I redirect Falcons Cart customers to my own website?
No. Brands are strictly prohibited from directing Falcons Cart customers to their own platforms, social media pages, or third-party stores to complete transactions.
Will Falcons Cart promote my products?
Yes! We actively promote listed products across:
- Our website
- Social media channels
- Email marketing campaigns
- Featured brand spotlights & seasonal promotions (subject to approval)
Who owns the product images and content?
- The brand retains full ownership of its logos, trademarks, and product content.
- By partnering with Falcons Cart, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for listings, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Falcons Cart may optimize your content for design and marketing purposes without altering its authenticity.
What happens if I fail to meet the partnership requirements?
Repeated failures in order fulfilment, product quality, or customer satisfaction may lead to:
- Reduced product visibility
- Product delisting
- Immediate contract termination after three or more customer complaints
Can international brands apply?
Absolutely! Falcons Cart welcomes brands from around the world as long as:
- Products comply with UAE quality and safety regulations
- You can ensure timely shipping and fulfilment
- All brand documentation and product details are complete and accurate
